When booking, you will need to select a date and time you are available to drop your bike off. You will need drop your bike off at the time slot you have selected and you will be notified when your bike is ready to be collected. You can see the progress of your appointment on Bike Book.

If you are unsure with what is wrong with your bike please book the ‘Service on Assessment’ appointment type.

If you can’t make your appointment you can easily re-schedule another one via Bike Book. Please note, you must reschedule prior to 24 hours before your appointment.

You can cancel your appointment via Bike Book. Please note, you must cancel within prior to 48 hours before your appointment.

Choose a date and time you are available to drop your bike off. Our availability is built into the booking system however if you can only drop off outside of these hours then just contact us through the contact section of the page telling us what time is best for you and we will see if we can sort anything out. Additionally, late night bike fit bookings can be made by contacting us.
